Intersand OdorLock maxCare is an unscented clumping clay litter supplied with a sachet of Blücare indicator granules. The granules are designed to help detect blood and/or glucose in urine as a monitoring aid, not to diagnose a disease.

Use & care

Spread the included granules over the litter according to the delivered package directions. Remove urine and feces clumps daily, and inspect granules that have contacted urine within the label’s stated reading window. Do not flush the litter or granules.

Reading the monitoring granules

Blue granules are a signal to contact your veterinarian for further testing. A white result does not establish that your cat is healthy; contact your veterinarian if you have concerns regardless of the granule color. Granules do not replace veterinary advice or diagnosis.

Use the manufacturer’s Blücare color guide and the delivered label for interpretation. Storage, sunlight, humidity, cleaning agents and use conditions can affect results.

Dispose of used litter according to local requirements and wash your hands after handling. Check the delivered package for current directions.
